Toxic Work culture. In every team toxicity is ar peak level. People will not let you move in your hierarchy, discharge & bully you time to time. Every month someone is leaving the companies can easily justify the work culture. Working in shifts in this company is horrible and toxic. You'll not even get a industry based compensationneither for shifts nor for your role. They won't hire People below 5-6 YOE, instead they'll give you Internal Job posting{A good move to not to pay more money becauseif someone will come from outside, they have to pay more}. You'll not get much work because people are setting at higher postions won't let you to take work as they need to increase their dependency in the company. If someone joining as a fresher, congrats you'll be on bench for atleast 8-10 months (not on paper but in reality). I like the culture of the company is very good. But now due to some new ppl its spoiling. When i first joined i thought to stay in this company for 10 years. But now i don't feel like staying here anymore. Top management are good listeners but they hired wrong ppl these managers acts a frontend to the employees does all bad things called micro management, not at all friendly with juniors.

Dislikes

This company make you work like donkey and pay very less. Also offers less hikes to employees thats where they loose good employees. I have worked on some project where its requires a team but handled it on my own and made it successful. I have not got any appreciation or monetary benefits for that. Also paid very less hike which is shameful to tell.

Hi All. I work in this company for a while. environment is really good. you can grow here. if you are L0 or L1 or any level this is place you could grab and stick into the organization. And enhance to next level, Stratogent provides WFO allowance and Shift allowance and travel allowance to office. that is really great. three times afood for a day and Snacks. which is really excellent. On an average you can save 300 to 400 a day really. In Bengaluru not every company provide food for three times one thing. I would like to convey. I have gone through couple of BAD reviews over here. if you guys have a problem with your Lead or Manager or with your colleagues. just express and solve it inside the wall. get sort it out. do not share bad reviews. it will affect the company name. what company will do ? just speak up to your Manager and convey your thought. not in the social media. plz dont blame the company....Read More

they hire freshers and make them wait 1 year for onboarding and that also not confirm. If any fresher got offer letter pls reject it or hold as backup .onboarding they keep on postponing so better search for another job. If there is no need dont hire pls dont make freshers to wait after releasing offer letter.
