Network Engineer L3

Job description:

• Primarily Responsible for the Network Operations & Support
• Provide hands-on technical support & troubleshooting
• Deliver assigned NW implementation and transformation projects
• Work 24*7 Rotational shifts to support global customers
• Participate & Contribute to the designing of technical solutions when needed along with Architects
• Support L1 and L2 team members

Must-have Skills:

• Must be expert in any 2 of the following areas in an Enterprise / Data Centre infrastructure environment. Should

have strong hands-on experience in Configuration and Troubleshooting.

Routing

• Cisco routers administration
• OSPF, BGP routing protocols
• MPLS, QOS, VPN

Switching

NW Security ( PAN, Cisco ASA, Fortinet etc)

• Additionally, must be expert in troubleshooting leveraging the below items:

Analysis using logs

Analysis of Alerts

Able to Perform Root Cause Analysis for the incidents

• Must have done firmware or OS upgrade and patching of related networking devices
