I am working with Strategic ERP.In my role I work closely with the Senior team and Management. Management is very focused on growth, addressing employee points, rewarding based on individual performance and there is complete open door policy for any employee. The depth of modules in Strategic ERP is at par with SAP, Oracle, Ramco etc. and being in the system, I am aware that next versions in pipeline are way ahead of what other Real Estate ERP software available in the market. Over a period of my tenure, I have seen that there is Opportunity to grow if you take ownership and responsibility.
