Both Founder Directors are approachable and they believe in reasoning to guide you for mutually beneficial relationship. The depth of modules at StrategicERP are at par with SAP, Ramco, Oracle etc.

Management is very focused on growth, addressing employee points, rewarding based on individual performance and there is complete open door policy for any employee.
