Upper Management doesn't know what's going on in field and with field employees, Senior field manager doesn't work properly in field they come to field by 12pm and return to home by 4pm during one year senior manager doesn't do a single conversation of doctor neither they pass any msgs to upper management the problems facing by field employees & the senior managers are RSM(Sunil Tiwari),ZSM (Abhishek Sinha) and they do whatever they want to do....Read More
