The employees, managers and the directors working in that company are completely illiterate, uneducated, unprofessional, unethical, uncultured and uncivilized with zero knowledge of Software and IT industry. They are unprofessional and rude towards new joiners/employees and are only obsessed in getting their own dirty work/business done. They have sacked all good employees and have retained only the bad ones who don't work at all but just wants huge amount of salary. They are running a fake and a sham business just like a fake call center, and it is a complete blacklisted firm with no future at all. Please avoid this company at all costs to save your future....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
