1. Huge salary back-log. I worked for 10 and half months, and received salary for 5 months only. 2. I was recruited surreptitiously. My interview was held at a location far away from the plant, and I did not meet my reporting authority during the interview process. 3. I was bluffed when I asked about salary payment date; I was given an impression that everything is fine in the organisation. 4. The 3 unions call the shots. They had been pampered historically beyond control, and it is almost impossible to discipline them. 5. Even after 3 months of release, my dues including provident fund have not been paid. 6. The company does not deposit statutory dues like P.F., ESI, Income Tax, etc. though the same are deducted from the salary. Same with gratuity contribution, Excise Duty, VAT, etc....Read More
