1. Huge salary back-log. I worked for 10 and half months, and received salary for 5 months only. 2. I was recruited surreptitiously. My interview was held at a location far away from the plant, and I did not meet my reporting authority during the interview process. 3. I was bluffed when I asked about salary payment date; I was given an impression that everything is fine in the organisation. 4. The 3 unions call the shots. They had been pampered historically beyond control, and it is almost impossible to discipline them. 5. Even after 3 months of release, my dues including provident fund have not been paid. 6.
