Nothing to like. Worst company culture. Mainly the Kolkata region has the worst culture and management. ZSM is Tanmoy Bose, he only knows to send SO to market without solving any problems. Not a single problem is solved RH is Devesh Golchha, he don't have anything to do with the process, just knows to cut bill at the end of month and complete the number Whole process is worst, No solution nothing. Infiltration at high level, so as a employee requesting the upper management sitting at KCO office to please come for reviewing the Kolkata territory with a sudden plan because whenever anyone comes there work is to make the market a good one HR is Sayak Kundu. The major dislike is the management. A request to Rehan Sir to please make a surprise visit and see the condition of Kolkata and please replace the managers with other region’s area head because now the Kolkata territory is a joke. And the condition is like we don’t have to learn objectives, we just have to learn of doing infiltration. Employees satisfaction rate is Zero.
