The company is very good but few employees spoiling it's name. The VSAP of this company is just for showcase and the HR department have nothing to do. We can just say that in our company there is a HR department. When I joined I was very happy that I am going to work with this big organization but I shocked to see the way of working, culture of this company. There is a full of politics. If you are at bottom of your reporting manager then you can survive. I don't know how the company hire this kind of employees in such a big organization. I also suggest that never work with this company as a off role employee. They will never treat you as a human being, treat you as like a dog (in bad way). If you are getting delay in work they will never hesitate to abuse you on the floor. They never work with the process improvement even company have so many resources to fix it. I personally recommend that don't work with this company. There is no work life balance, high attrition rate, bad culture. Good work environment and culture. Abundance of learning opportunities, there is less partiality between senior and junior in HO (Delhi). Work from home facilities during COVID period. Every transaction is happend as per SOP and policies.

Seniors is only doing messaging in a group , Already they knows all problems .. As a electrical engineer I have not getted opportunity to learn electrical works. Only they provide non-technical works for their benefits.. Also they Hire engineers as a company contact basis. For this they spoil Engineer life..

Here, along with work, the employees are also taken care of and whenever new technology is introduced for jobs, it is used, which makes work easier and more convenient.

Senior management is good, But mid-level employees who have joined this organization as GETs, consider themselves as master of this world.
