Even after handling 2 running projects as lead and being with organization for 4 years one day suddenly HR calls 12-14 people of department having 30 people strength and mention company want to downsize the design department and asks you to move on. Managers need to be trained to handle management trainees. Work imbalance in the same tier of working. HR staff mostly are unprofessional and hardly add any value.
