12 Hours Per day Working. 6.5 days Working every week. No ERP for Working. All Manual work. Boss is Arrogant. No availability of Nigeria SIM. We have to purchase SIM after paying huge money from own pocket.

One challenge I have encountered at SEEPCO is logistic issue at well site.. Despite this I appreciate the company.

Company is very good his vision is very good. But management is very poor. Need to improve his Employment HR policy.

1-Working culture is very bad. 2-No medical facilities at site.3-No job security . 4- During Job continues wir no weekends. Our Job rotation 180/30 days, it's mean 180 day continues 12hr. Per day work . If you are sick take rest , that time management creating too much problems. 5- HR policy very bad.
