For salary bargain and take, once you are selected from manager, bargain. As lots of people are leaving company, so company keeps on taking people. If you are selected, come with salary you needed. Don't depreciate yourself. As some ideots are getting unbelievable salaries

Dislikes

No quality no safety, no target fixed for any job. Like once it's decides chairman wants its in February, even with all resources it's not possible all knows, but like ideots manager accept yes sir will do it. Because if manager open mouth, chairman says that's not I hired for you. Mainly the CEO who is running company is a non technical person.

Everything. Company is only for looting Nigerian resources. Their only motto is cost cutting for which they provide selective treatment to employees. So they will renew some employees resident visa and for others not renewing. Hence when joining make it clear from HR in writing that your CERPAC card will be renewed otherwise don't join.

One challenge I have encountered at SEEPCO is logistic issue at well site.. Despite this I appreciate the company.

Company is very good his vision is very good. But management is very poor. Need to improve his Employment HR policy.

1-Working culture is very bad. 2-No medical facilities at site.3-No job security . 4- During Job continues wir no weekends. Our Job rotation 180/30 days, it's mean 180 day continues 12hr. Per day work . If you are sick take rest , that time management creating too much problems. 5- HR policy very bad.
