Best thing is the team support. i have appointed more than 5 distributors. most of them are getting the product on credit. no big issues comming in. normal delays are there in some of the product deliveries. but completely depends on the sales projection. if the projection is given on time there are no issues but in case if the correct projection is not given, in the peak seasion the delivery generally gets delayed. resale of the product is very esy specially Fan, Just because of the quality if the product. This is a good company My role is to resale the product of distributor. company commits a margin of upto 25%. our some products are being sold on somewhat heigher margins also. distributor doesnot need to interfere a lot in the business. the products comes with the marking of distributor name on every product. this ia a very good USP. i am working as HR for sales and i have the option of work from home. people take work from home on a very lighter note. i have found many ofmy colleagues simply pass the time with no proper output, worse system generated analytical graph and even making blunders inspite of several references and induction. and these are the people who take the benefit of the annonimity of the platform and claim that they are not being paid with the intentions to spoil the image of the company. it is made very clear that there is certain trget for every one which defines your performance. and if you are making hirings on the basis of fake commitments just to attain your nos, sorry to say ut in that case you should be punished. the company has a great support system. we are given enough independence to take the workresponsibility related decissions and we do so as well. while hiring any candidate we are strictly told to communicate all the terms and conditions and employment policy of the company. we hire the candidates only and only if the candidate agrees all our terms communicated to them over the recorded line and he or she confirms the same on the confirmation call. hwnce the companyis very particular about the fact that the candidate is aware of allthecorking terms and also agrees. we understand that at times it becomes difficult to accomplish the comited task in the said time frame . but when discussed properly we consider it and try to help them. My team mates are really supportive and allow us the freedome to work in my territory. we can have our team members of our own choice.. unlike other places, the HR team helps us in hiring our team mates but we are the ultimate decission makers. above all the package is not a constraint. we get good hikes at the time of joining and even yearly if we act as per the comitment to the management.
