Worst organization I have ever seen in my 26 years of service life. No one should work there. Worst HR, worst Finance team, doesn't pay salary on time. Everything is worst. Even Road side companies work culture and performance is much better than Sterling and Wilson. For claiming my Finance settlement I had to write almost 50 mails and made more than 1000 calls and I got only 2 or 3 responces. I received my final settlement after 11 months. Good work environment and culture .Teammates are supported and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
