I work in production department so I have to communicate with the operators and workers often and what I found is workers and operators and quiet good and friendly.

Dislikes

Partiality is the very first reason and second is they don't even care about the chemist and don't give us planning about the day. Directly GM will communicate with the operator and operator will execute the batch without knowing of shift chemist. More importantly they target to a perticular chemist and torture him.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
