Just one work life balance. There is hardly any team which works more than 4-5 hours a day. Work is chilled out.

Dislikes

I think any quantum of words would fall short to describe how bad an organisation state street is. It in-houses politics at mid-senior and senior level management. Not an iota of transparency… Irrespective any kind of allegations on BAU head, there is no investigations and instead juniors have to face repurcussions. Pay pretty less. And there is a lot of firing and layoff culture.

Work Life Balance is good. Work pressure is according to team and job profile.

Dislikes

Initially benefits were good but now it has been drastically reduced. Sodexo and few allowances has been reduced by 30% and directly paid with you salary and hence taxable.

Currently it's behaving unethical and as a result a toxic and fearful environment for the employees, specially at officer and above level.

Good company to work! Work life balance is good in most of the project.. comparatively better pay scale and growth! Cabs provided both side!!

From 2024 company is in cost cutting mood where targets are employees, what I noticed recent all management decisions regarding Acqusition and hiring new technology got failed.

Business heads are non-approachable and the team VPs and above plays lots of politics and encourages their own people over meritorious performance oriented people. Attrition is very high but they conveniently make someone who is performing and seen as a competition is made the scapegoat and in frustration - people with integrity leave the organisation. Biggest loss to company as it's pays for only lethargic and crooked people to stay. Very strict about timings and despite work of flexi nature, expected to sit for long hours.
