Im a contract employee served for 1.6 years and due to COVID my contract has extended to 6 more months and again management has approached again the contracts are extending so another 5 more months it will extend as im pregnant so due to this i dont want to switch any comp and not ready to take all the new trainings,after that i have not received the second extension mail and im continuosly informing, and i also need maternity leave of atleast 3 months later while im in 9 th month of pregnancy the management has informed further externsion is not possible and no business requirement as of now under my manager they told.I'm completly shocked and even i give up maternity benefit and told so far i have not taken much leaves and told i will take 20 days leave and will get back to work.Still Management to avoid maternity pay they said extension is not possible please leave. Now i need to work in my 9th month pregnancy and seriously for a month of notice this is really painful as icannot sit for not longer than 3 or 4 hours as my health does not support.See how this company is using employees.I pity on State street as it is in situation cannot pay maternity benefit, can see state street hires massively as we can see in all job portals and still their management is having lack of information.I have worked till 37 weeks of my pregnancy.In mid I have hospitalized due to lack of sufficient amnotic fluid to my baby all of sudden then worst thing management told how can she leave without prior info. That is something hard to hear and later after 3 days of medication given my last week of work and left the bloody company.plese don't consider employees as granted.Mine is evening shift that is too tough to me in last trimester.im waiting for permanent onroll and want to take some igp for normal shifts and intended to take maternity leave.I never thought employer are so calculative....Read More

Nice people . Managers are great. Amazing salary hike -15 % per year Bonus - depends on the client.and your salary between 60 to 2 lakhs. Leave policy also best . Great place to work.
