Both ways cab service are available. Lots of leaves are available. Pentry and sick rooms is there. Parents is also covered under insurance premium provide by company.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

No cafeteria available on the building. Less job security. Promotions and appraisal are very less. Lots of office politics is there.

Worst company.worst work culture.worst work day life.worst management full of politics.no growth at all in both terms i.e. in no monetory and no promotion.overall third class company.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
