The management have no management expertise in india, it's just a spam and there are so many porrfs to substantiate it, mangement recruit based on nepotism and who ever recruited are maily bengalies and marvadies and they grow up the ladder, they have poor stratergy in covid 19 situation , and I haved worked in statestreet Boston that was the best place and thier workculture is the best, State Street india pvt Ltd is a bad move for Statestreet Boston . that's the reason they are moving out work to the joint ventures HCL.Hopefully that succeeds...Read More

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package.
