Culture: terrible Work life balance: terrible Learning: Nothing except politics All in all there is nothing that i liked here.

Dislikes

All they expect is to be in front of the system and on phone straight for 12 hrs. That also is not enough. There is no new learning. All folks here are just politics made seniors. You wont find any exceptional talent sitting at higher level. They try to pull down good performing individuals just to satisfy their office politics hunger. This is pathetic experience for me in my 10 years of career. Please avoid joining this company....Read More

Terrible and just office politics and working like a slave.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
