US work culture is highly visible and company overloaded with US employees who doesn't understand Indian culture and management style. Indian employees are over powered by them authoritatively.

Work Details

There is no standard time to logout. Employee will be so overloaded with work that he will need to definitely stretch to finish the work, else he will be seen as a non performer.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
