Poor work life balance. Poor treatment of employees. Extremely toxic workplace with management that doesn't bother listening to anyones issues or feedbacks at all. I've seen girls being treated differently by some people in the management and I've seen them feeling uncomfortable. Very poor in terms of respect and workplace culture.
