Senior Management tries a lot to understand and fix issues.

Managers in project are biased. Deliberately distributes job wrongly on Team Leaders without doing their own job. Team Leaders here has very less opportunities to learn or upgrade themselves as throughout the day they only need to audit ( QA job ), followup of completion of different modules and PKT ( Trainers job ). They don't get feasible opportunities to create connect with Team members or conduct planned session for performance management or review people even after spending more than 10 hrs in office due to wrong distribution of job. Managers behaviors are highly unprofessional as they don't have ability to plan things and utilize the supporting department of Training and Quality for proper output resulting to high-level dissatisfied TLs and Associates. Yes, so much politics and no respect for hard working agent as of only the Tl and higher authority people are running without agent, slave is the word that can be used where you will be told 2 and half will be your on induction but can't accommodate once you joint the floor. They don't have Cafeteria, Washrooms are always dirty. No tissue paper, no toi*et paper, Locker is not available for the employees to keep their belongings, No place to keep the bag, No celebration of Festival, No decoration on National holidays. People calls Startek as MNC but it is not, neither the work environment nor the people of Startek. Managers don't know how to speak and they call themselves "Manager".
