I have work for Star Pipe products pvt ltd but this is my bad luck to join this company because there are lots of partiality from bottom to top and timings are very bad .

Dislikes

Timing is very bad Skill development is very low Job satisfaction on zero level.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
