It's like working in Marwadi shop where ZM is God, There zero work life balance, zero respect for employees, any fine morning doors can be shown...It's all about mentality of the management, if one is not confirmed he will not able to enroll in Group Medical policy....that means company will not take any liability....It's being a health insurance company, at my level sum insured given is only 3 lacs....nd it proposes its own customer to take high SI. If one want to enroll parent min premium is 50 k....you get 300 Rs per day for outstation food exp. I.e Rs100/- each for BF/Lunch and dinner...AC/ Off Boy are provided as per business numbers in hot humid condition there will be on fan above your head.....This not an organisation to join if some one has worked in MNC or good Indian org like HDFC or ICICI. It's for people who mediocre will to listen shit from bosses, constant fear of loosing job and shit internal politics....Read More
