Renewal Department is the worst sector to work in Star Health Vadapalani branch. No respect for employees. Money minded people who don't care about the employees at all. No proper weekoff. No common or government holidays. No casual or sock leave. Also no proper work timing even for lady employees. Pathetic situation for renewal department employees.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
