Star Health is where I met my best friend; so, this is more like a place where you make great friends. Apart from that, they provide free lunch, PF, ESI and gratuity benefits.

Dislikes

Not paying according to industry standards. I'm an experienced professional with 5.5 years of experience as a data scientist and a master's degree in data science, but I was paid a meager 4.10 lakh per annum. Everyone expecting everyone to address them as "sir/madam". No work-life balance. No team bonding.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
