Probably the only company where you won't like anything about it. Absolutely worst.

Dislikes

Don't stick to the profile offered. No management help in case of a new hire. Reporting manager will never meet you. Even when you ask for help you will be told that you are on your own. Don't ever join Star Estate. They do illegitimate activity of sun brokering. You are supposed to onboard CPs and offer more brokerage but never gibe anything in writing. Horrible company.

Company culture and work environment are very good, people who are hardworking and really have intend to work stress free then Star is a perfect company for them,I have spent almost 2years and it was a great time for my career journey.

The only thing which i didn't like,there is no individual growth in junior level and office politics didn't allow to raise questions infront of management.

Worst experience I have ever had.

I didn't like anything over here it is one sided management (only their own people have all rights) other don't have any thing even basic rights. Management is worst unorganized, unethical, inhuman e.t.c. it is one sided management . Management earning revenue just for team head and owner. Worst culture of office members team support was disgusting . They will make you beg for FNF process. No FNF will be given . If you take any OFF in the beginning of the month salary will be on hold. And comming to Management , there will be no reason for layoff they can fire you any time without any reason. People will be blame for company inability .
