General Manager - Sales

Role & responsibilities -

• Manage the sales team - Provide leadership, training, and coaching to the sales team. Set individual sales targets, work on sales scripts, and ensure the team has the resources they need to succeed.
• Develop sales strategies - Create strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues. They may also devise new selling and promotional techniques.
• Foster a high-performance culture - Lead by example, mentor sales staff, and ensure everyone adheres to company policies and procedures.
• Monitor sales performance - Track, collate, and interpret sales figures and reporting. They may also analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Educate clients - Keep clients informed about market trends, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements

- Must be graduated from a reputed Institutes

- Min 8 to 12 years of experience in real estate

- Excellent communication, managerial and negotiating skills

- Problem solving skills, strong analytical and quantitative skills

Preferred candidate profile - Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
