Assistant General Manager Sales

Role & responsibilities-

• Achieving sales operational objectives by means and methods as approved by the management (Channel Partner and Direct Sales).
• Building a pipeline of Channel partners, tapping into existing database and building newer channels of potential clients.
• Contributing marketing and sales inputs for building on strategic plans.
• Improving product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.
• Executing all sales plans to achieve given targets in terms of revenue and market development.
• Conceptualizing, planning & implementing sales promotions activities.
• Interacting with channel partners to develop communication plans based on specific sales objectives and analyzing it keeping further sales planning into consideration.
• Sourcing for Napean Sea project and Bkc project

Preferred candidate profile-

• Good communication skills
• Excellent Negotiation skills
• Graduate/ MBA
• Western Mumbai line experience preferred
