Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Sales Leadership:

  1. Revenue Generation: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  2. Sales Team Management: Recruit, train and manage high-performing sales teams.
  3. Client Acquisition: Drive customer acquisition strategies to expand the customer base.
  4. Channel Development: Build and manage a network of channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.
  5. Lead Conversion: Monitor lead-to-sales conversion metrics and optimize processes to maximize sales.

Marketing Strategy:

  1. Brand Building: Develop and oversee marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and positioning.
  2. Digital Marketing: Leverage digital platforms for lead generation, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  3. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
  4. Event Management: Plan and execute promotional events, expos, and property launches.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

  1. Sales Forecasting: Prepare detailed sales forecasts and ensure accurate budgeting.
  2. Pricing Strategy: Collaborate with finance and development teams to finalize pricing strategies.
  3. Project Management: Work closely with the project team to align sales and marketing efforts with project timelines.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  1. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing grievances and implementing feedback.
  2. CRM Tools: Use CRM systems to track leads, monitor sales progress, and improve customer engagement.

Preferred candidate profile


  1. Masters/Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  2. 12+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 6+ years in a leadership role in the real estate industry.
  3. Strong understanding of the real estate market and sales dynamics.
  4. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  5. Highly motivated and results-driven
  6. Proficiency in CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.
  7. Proven ability to drive growth in a competitive environment.
  8. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
