Structural Design and analysis

• Conduct structural analysis and design for high-rise buildings using Mivan formwork technology.
• Use advanced software like ETABS, SAFE, and STAAD.Pro for high-rise structural modeling and analysis..
• Review and validate designs to optimize material usage and ensure structural stability.
• Ensure designs are compatible with the modular construction process, minimizing construction cycles.

Quality & Site Supervision

• Oversee construction activities to ensure structural integrity and compliance with design specifications.
• Perform site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications, especially for formwork and concrete quality.
• Conduct quality checks for concrete mix design (strength, workability, setting time) tailored for Mivan construction.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement necessary measures to mitigate hazards.
• Implement value engineering techniques while maintaining structural safety and durability.
• Address and resolve on-site technical issues related to structural design and formwork installation, etc.
• Facilitate coordination between structural and MEP teams to avoid clashes in high-rise designs.
• Coordinate with formwork suppliers to ensure precision in manufacturing and installation of Mivan panels.

Compliance and Standards

• Ensure all designs and constructions comply with IS codes for RCC structures, wind/seismic forces, and fire safety regulations.
• Adhere to local authority requirements and obtain necessary approvals for high-rise structures.

Documentation and Reporting

• Prepare detailed technical reports, drawings, and calculation sheets.
• Maintain accurate records of design changes, approvals, and site activities.
• Develop and review structural drawings and specifications.

Innovation and Continuous Learning

• Stay updated with advancements in structural engineering practices, materials, and technologies.
• Explore new methodologies to enhance efficiency and sustainability in projects.

Skills & Qualification:

• M Tech in Structural Engg. with min 6 8 yrs of experience
• Exhibit clear knowledge in basic concepts of Structural Engineering.
• Expertise in Mivan formwork systems
• Understand importance of co-ordination between different disciplines.
• Must be able to handle project from preliminary Phase to Detailed design phase independently or with minimal guidance with accuracy.
• Efficiently manage and optimize tight project timelines with accuracy.
• Proficient in MS-Office.
