They have a big misunderstanding that they are the best in their own illusion. It is like a balloon, rising higher and higher, expanding more and more, and one day, it will burst with a loud explosion. Employees are forced on trips, even senior managers who don’t want to go, just to stay in management’s good books. Yet, they aren’t given leaves to spend time with family. You cannot expect fair treatment and benefits from them....Read More

People working in the organisation are good.. especially TLs and Site heads..but worst management..This company is run by one man only..No other authority is involved

Terrible Work life balance Long Hours ..If you are comfortable to work for 15 hours a day .. consider joining this company...No weekoffs..No leaves..No incentives No additional perks... management is worse...HR is just for the sake.. doesn't do anything...No professional approach...They Pressure and Torture Employees until they change the company
