I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. It was an unfortunate experience. I was made to sit out of CEO office for 3 hourse. My interview was at 1 PM and i was called in at 4PM. CEO didnt bother as he had lunch in between. Me sitting without eating anything. After i was called in he just ignored me for few minutes and then asked me to tell about myself. I told him that what he did to me is purely unprofessional and it was on bad part of him that he didn't even apologise. I was worked with top corporates earlier but never had such bad experience.
