Salary: Up to - 12 LPA.

Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in Real Estate.

Timings: 10:30 AM 7:00 PM | 6 days working.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end Hiring & Onboarding.

- Oversee Employee Relations & Engagement.

- Take charge of Payroll Management & Salary Sheet Preparation.

- Performance Management & Appraisals.

- Compliance & HR Policies.

- Handling Terminations & Exits.
