Well, as a fresher you get to understand and learn various techniques used for piling, field experience opens up your ideas on how to tackle real time issues regarding the work. Overall its a good opportunity for improving your on site knowledge and skill set.

As a career it may not be promising considering long term employment because the work is only limited to piling field
