The Institute is in illusion as they are the best in the region. No decision making courage. No acceptance of failures and putting lots of efforts into showing the failures are not failures.

I worked there for many years, I also got involved in many major activities in the Institute. But was frustrated each time

Likes

Worked in Mechanical department, had great experience. Though it was tough some days but really didn't pressurised me and it was fun as it was better communication from seniors as well as fresher staff. Had a great time with enthusiastic students as well as non teaching staff.

Dislikes

I personally didn't faced any complaints about the college but for some period due to tight schedule of college I was needed to work extra hours.

It's great work environment, strict and discipline but still friendly. Departmental staff is really supportive.
