The Institute is in illusion as they are the best in the region. No decision making courage. No acceptance of failures and putting lots of efforts into showing the failures are not failures.

Likes

working in Vincent pallotti college is great experience, my colleagues n principal every one are very co operative. i had a very good understanding with my students also. i wish to work more time in this college but i shifted to hyderabad so i can't continue and give my service to my institution.

Dislikes

All most everything is fine from my side,vincent pallotti college is up growing college,only salary wise it is not up to mark which we expected. It will take a time to get improve from every aspects.

Likes

Worked in Mechanical department, had great experience. Though it was tough some days but really didn't pressurised me and it was fun as it was better communication from seniors as well as fresher staff. Had a great time with enthusiastic students as well as non teaching staff.

Dislikes

I personally didn't faced any complaints about the college but for some period due to tight schedule of college I was needed to work extra hours.
