Sjpuc has helped all the staffs during covid-19 by giving us salary even thought we dint have college. Staffs should become even more professional. Salary should be given according to education qualification.

Dislikes

I’ve been working in sjpuc for 1.8yrs now and 1 thing I have always noticed is that there is alot of backbiting among the staffs and too much of negativity. I’ve also observed that there is a lot of politics happening and the superior is not ready to address our issues.

Work Details

Work life is not that great! It’s a boring place to work with a lot of negativity and there is a lot of interference from the other people. We’re not given our freedom

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I do not get any benefits from sjpuc. Only once from the time I joined we wr taken for a one day trip and lunch
