I've been working with Anthony's since 3 years now. Initially, as a fresher i got to learn how to work in an environment with different personalities.

Dislikes

As time passed by i couldn't do much teaching in class. There are a lot of unnecessary activites and feast celebration because of which they expect you to rush with the portion, resulting less of delivering quality education. Now the saddest part, they don't give you an appointment letter so they can manipulate and do whatever they want to with you package, when i asked for my appointment letter, the H.M. asked me to only focus on my work. Now talking about my package<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. I was said that i would be drawing 12k, 10k in hand 2k the pf deduction, and from my next year they would increase my package but till date I'm drawing the same salary</mark>. The saddest part is, in my first year they deducted my 2k saying its my pf amount and due to some technically issues they would give me that amount at the end of the year but when i wanted to withdraw my pf i only got my 2years money. And my salary still remains 10k in hand. Speaking of the celebrations, teachers have to contribute for their own snack(including teachers day celebration) :/ the school makes you slog like donkey throughout the month and it is saddning that you receive peanuts for the same....Read More
