It is mostly a company owned and run by specific group of Founders/MD. Each Department head is their family member. Salary are comparable to Labour and is minimum wage. After 2 years also it'd be a minimal increment of 3-4k on monthly salary per year. No growth scope at all!! There is very less work, people are nice, it's overall chill scene.
