There is nothing to like. Its such an horrible company with no work life balance, no ethics, no value for employee and no trust on employee. giving 1 * for many as there is no option to give 0 or negative. Its such a pathetic company. Except paying high salaries they have nothing in positive.

Dislikes

1) NO security for Job. You will be called an laid off immediately with out even knowing why you got laid off. Only scrum masters who does not have any technical skills but got stuck on same domain for years have full control here. 2) Managers are dummy as they don't have any idea to understand how employee life is screwed here in the hands of scrum master. 3) Don't join this company as they bluff in interview saying like we need to work on latest. But ultimately u need to work on legacy product which are 10-15 years old with out having any modernization in it. You will completely loose your technical skills here. 4) They used to shift you from one project to another , with in a year i got switched between 3 projects. 5) You have to work day till night and nobody cares , finally they say where is the output. We cannot give any out put although we work 24 hours as it is not technical related full of old legacy products in Vb and Asp and also no proper architecture. Functionality is also horrible. 6) I thought its a good product based company but its rules and products are horrible. 7) You will end up loosing all your confidence and skills and will get all health issues because of stress here. 8) Many of my colleagues simply absconded after 2-3 months of joining due to the torture from scrum master and managers here....Read More
