a system engineer

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety

Terrible interview experience I had in this company, they have called me multiple time before scheduling the interview and when I came down for interview they kept me waiting for 2 hours and without taking interview after 2 hours receptionist has just replied that they would make call again after 2 days for interview. Wrost management I have ever seen in my life, wrost company they are just calling candidates for wasting candidates's time, and simply saying that they will schedule interview again after sometime. If company management does not know the process interview then why this faltu company HR calling candidates for interview. Guys don't try to attend interview....Read More
