It was a great experience to work over there.I learned a lot of things both in a personal as well as in professional manner.Management is very good and cooperative.

As per college standards,salary is not upto the mark

Pedo. Department is excellent. Very polite and encouraging staff.

Dislikes

Principal sir is very rude and ignorant towards the staff. Do not have any value of other’s time.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
