Secured job if we follow the school rules.

Dislikes

Salary is low for the present standards Practices of teaching to be upgraded. Identification of talent and ample oppurtunities to new comers has to be given. Promotions should be given for the deserved candidates. Heads should not budge to parents. Department heads and seniors in some departments are authoritative. Language is a big barrier.

I had to struggle initially as parents interference and students pamparing is more.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
