Soft Skills trainer will be given a good Place among other faculty. If you fail to do admissions you'll be blamed or fired.Salary credited in time. Learning new subject as a trainer is worst thing. Work life balance is terrble, should work on public holidays too.

Nothing! They treat their staff horribly with constant threats of expelling teachers for no reason.

Work-life balance is ZERO. They ask you to work for them 24/7 even after the school is over they don't let you go home and make you work extra hours for no extra pay. They also make you work at home by forcing you to take exam sheets to home and check them from there and scream at you if not checked. There's also no job security as this so called head teacher named "Avinash" thinks of himself as the boss and threatens every teacher that they will be expelled if not following his unreasonable and impossible orders....Read More

They exert extreme pressure on the teachers. Forcing them to work almost 24/7.even holidays are not holidays. Sundays are not sundays.. One has to perform her duty after coming to home. They don't give u any Medical leave. For one day physical issue they cut ur salary. They even don't give u ur CL readily. People will get traumatized after working here. All teachers and principal madam is good. And school environment is very good.

Internal politics was going in the school. I was working very hard in the dombivali school. But Admin officer was giving nigetive report to AGM sir and principal. I was doing all work like that admission calling fees follow up calling and I have involved in the all events work of school. But suddenly they have gave me notice to do leave the job.

I had a worst experience in overall.There is no min respect to teachers from parents and management.They will blame the staff for every single thing whether we have done the mistake or not.Too much of work, stress, pressure etc.
