Nothing! They treat their staff horribly with constant threats of expelling teachers for no reason.

Work-life balance is ZERO. They ask you to work for them 24/7 even after the school is over they don't let you go home and make you work extra hours for no extra pay. They also make you work at home by forcing you to take exam sheets to home and check them from there and scream at you if not checked. They exert extreme pressure on the teachers. Forcing them to work almost 24/7.even holidays are not holidays. Sundays are not sundays.. One has to perform her duty after coming to home.
