1. Workshops conducted for teachers. 2 .well designed curriculum with materials provided. 3. Teachers can constantly learn.

1. There is no staffroom 2. Poor Infrastructure including pathetic toilets 3. No respect for teachers from management. 4. Long working hours. 5. Lots of unwanted responsibility ( following up fees etc) 6. No proper hikes and security. 7. It's pathetic to work during annual day as there will be huge speakers playing songs continuously. 8.
