Nothing! They treat their staff horribly with constant threats of expelling teachers for no reason.

Work-life balance is ZERO. They ask you to work for them 24/7 even after the school is over they don't let you go home and make you work extra hours for no extra pay. They also make you work at home by forcing you to take exam sheets to home and check them from there and scream at you if not checked. Internal politics was going in the school. I was working very hard in the dombivali school. But Admin officer was giving nigetive report to AGM sir and principal. I was doing all work like that admission calling fees follow up calling and I have involved in the all events work of school. But suddenly they have gave me notice to do leave the job.
